Want to print your own case? Download the STL files below and print at home or through a print service. The electronics board is identical across all case versions.
Required Part — Not Included
The case is designed for a 3 mm round press-fit Dialight Optopipe® 515 series light pipe (reverse-mount, vertical). You need to source one separately. Two recommended options:

Print Material
Material is your choice. Recommendations for daily in-car use:

|---|---|
| PETG | Recommended. Good heat resistance, easy to print, dimensionally stable. |
| ABS | Recommended. Excellent heat resistance — best for hot climates or direct sun. |
| PLA | Works in moderate conditions but may soften in a car parked in direct sun. |
| Nylon PA12-HP | Used in the factory Upgraded version. Excellent heat and flex resistance. |

California Prop 65 Notice
If you print with PLA or other common filament materials, a Prop 65 warning may apply depending on your specific filament. Always check your filament manufacturer's documentation for applicable safety information before printing.
